What is a breakthrough?

A breakthrough can be explained to be a sudden Shift in Awareness or consciousness – a moment of “Aahhaaa” – a moment when everything that was once confusing, or hidden from you, suddenly appears to you. As if recognizing an old friend whom you had forgotten for years. You will suddenly see yourself or your situation in a new light, with a new understanding and with that comes a sense of excitement and peace, and most importantly you will realize There Are New Possibilities!

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy as defined by American Psychological Association as a guided hypnosis. It is a trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help of an expert hypnotherapist.

This state feels like being completely absorbed in a movie, a book or music, or even your own thoughts like a day dream or even trance like meditations. In this state, you can turn your attention completely inward and bring into your awareness the natural resources within yourself that can help you make changes or regain control in certain areas of your life.
