How an engagement works

From first call to results

1

Discovery call

A short conversation about your team, the problem and what good looks like.

2

Brief and proposal

You get a written proposal: aims, outline, format, timing and fee.

3

Delivery

A workshop or programme with practice built in, on site or live online.

4

Review

Practice tasks and a review, so the skills carry on after the room empties.

Questions, answered

Do you tailor the training to our company?

Yes. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and ends with a written proposal shaped around your team, level and problem.

Can you train on site and online?

Yes. I deliver on site or live online over Zoom.

Which languages do you teach in?

English or Urdu, or a mix, depending on the group.

How long are programmes?

From a half-day workshop to a multi-day programme or a series of sessions. The proposal sets the length and the fee.

Who have you trained?

I have trained and consulted for organisations including Honda, LESCO, ICI, BASF, Bank Alfalah, TPL and World Bank-linked projects, and taught at universities. These are past engagements, shown as experience, not endorsement.

Let's plan your training.

Share your team, your goal and your timeline. I will come back with a clear proposal.
